i'm on my third day and so far so good. i have to take my pills with a strawberry smoothie i make at home. it helps me not feel the pills going down. i take 4 fiber blends in the morning and 1 milk thistle, 3 laxatives, and 4 more fiber blends before going to bed. it really sucks but i feel like i have more energy and i feel much lighter than before.
my friend is already seeing wierd stuff but not me.
i'm quite excited for week 2. thats when it should REALLY kick in.
i also picked up rebounding this week, which is trampoline exercises, as well as working out on a HUGE fitness ball.
did you know that you can burn 15 calories a minute jumping on a trampoline? it's so much fun. i just jump while watching tv.
