I think the photoshop can do it, but I have no talent when it comes to photoshop or anything related to graphic design...

well i broke down and went to my friend bears house to do it, it really sucks cuz you cant make just the 'watermark' then pin it onto any image you want, you have to make it every time for every photo and it took me 4 hours but i got it done. have to go to his house to use his program every time i put something new on the site, sigh

You will need a graphics design program anyway whether its PSCS or Adobe design. I did it PSCS and it's pretty simple, takes seconds. If you want more complex watermark it would be created with Adobe Design and saved with the watermark style settings. Then you can copy/paste it over the fotos you want.

I think Photoshop has a scripting feature that allows you to apply the same routine to a bunch of files in batch mode. That could have saved you a few minutes.
