China welcomes signing of peace plan by Georgia, Russia
China welcomed the signing of a peace plan by Georgia and Russia over the conflicts in South Ossetia and the pull-out of military from the area, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday. Spokesman Qin Gang made the remarks at a regular press conference when responding to a reporter's question.
