I remembered watching a segment in that movie, whereby one of them says, if you are anti-something or someone, you will attract more of it, such as if you are anti-war, you will attract more war. They also went on to quote that Mother Theresa will never join an anti-war rally, instead she will be interested if there is a pro-peace ally.

If you are anti this politician, be pro his opponent. If you are anti-discrimination, be proazn.

The meaning behind the name is "pro" as in "for" and the asian part speaks for itself. meaning "for Asian"

My mom has the book. The video is all over the internet and my aunts swear by them. I really cannot read self help books unless they are research books but i have seen the positive effects it had on my mom.

She quit smoking which is something she never would do before. (even after her heart attack)

So I know the book and video helps people. I also know oprah has shows about it.

I noticed that when it first came out, everyone was talking about it. The one thing I can say that really made a difference is that one line in the book...I am going to paraphrase it.

"What you think about and what you are thankful for" is the secret to getting what want in life.

What I took from it is to focus on what you want and believe, really believe, that you are going to get it. Don't focus on what you don't want.

I spend 35$ including taxes for the video. It's was worth it. But then I found out you can watch segment of it on YOU TUBE etc I should have done that instead perhaps.

But you never know when youtube will drop the video. :P
