(Repost from another topic because it seems more relevant in this topic)
Sites that help a decent amount with learning Korean: KBS World Radio Station's Korean Lessons (hover your mouse over the korean letters in the pronunciation lessons and it gives audio): KBS WORLD Radio Website specifically for learning Korean (may need a little exploring to understand how to fully use): Learn Korean and Speak Korean :- Free Site for Learning Korean Language Less flashy, more simple website: Stacking Syllables I can also recommend two books that I used in my Korean language classes as I tried to catch up on my heritage language, but that will cost some money. However, especially if you have a person that fluently speaks Korean to help you, the books will be a tremendous help with hands on examples, questions, and quizzes. These books also come with access to a website that do wonders to help learn. As a side note, I've found that the best way to learn a language is to immerse yourself into learning, memorizing, and reciting songs, movie/tv dialogues, and reading voraciously (starting from children's books, which I enjoy reading to my chagrin). |

sadly only English fluently, and sometimes I wonder, lol
I can read basic Spanish because of high school and college but as the years go by I am forgetting what I know. I would love to learn Korean, but I would need a very very dedicated and patient tutor. I feel my brain is slowly turning into a brick, my sponge days are depleting.
