Why do I love Asian Men?


I get asked this question very often. The second most common question I get asked is “Why do you like Asian men and not white guys, your own race? Well, I will tell you guys a little story.

I wasn’t born loving only Asian guys. I mean, I didn’t pop out of my mom screaming “I only want to be with an Asian man”. No, my attraction to Asian men came on me through experience and time. I came from a family of 4. We were a close family (unfortunately, both my parents are now deceased) and my sister and I grew up with open-minded and accepting parents as far as different races go. So, when my dating years first started, I pretty much dated different race men (including white guys, of course) as well as men from different countries. My parents/family never gave me a difficult time with whom I dated unless they thought the guy was very bad for me or that he might hurt me. When I was 18, I dated whomever I felt like it. Because I am so open-minded, it never occurred to me to date only white guys. So I guess that helped.

So why do I date Asian men exclusively? Ah, that’s the burning question. I will try my best to explain it. First, I have dated a few Asian men and found the experience overall very good. I have had good and bad experiences with every race of men, but overall I found Asian men to be more dedicated to family, hard-working, loyal and great lovers (not that that should be the highest factor). It’s true. I found it out through my own experience. I am not saying that other race men don’t possess these qualities. It’s just that in my experience I found that Asian men have it more overall. Don’t get me wrong, I have met a couple Asian men that were royal assholes. But for the most part, Asian men totally rock. Second, I find Asian men more attractive physically. I love the colour of their skin and the shape of their eyes. It just turns me on something fierce. I guess you can say it comes down to preference with everyone. You can be an open-minded person overall but still have a certain preference in your dating.

Why do I like Asian men and not white guys, my own race? Well, again I will answer the best I can. It wasn’t something I woke up with one morning. It came on me gradually. I started to notice more and more that I wasn’t attracted to white guys anymore. I just didn’t feel the attraction I used to. Oh, I might see a handsome white guy here and there. But it didn’t make me feel sexually attracted. I have nothing against white guys as a whole I just don’t feel the attraction that I once did. Am I happy about it? It doesn’t bother me. I am who I am and I am happy with myself. Of course I have issues to work out in myself. We all do. But I would say overall I am happy with myself. I am not one to care what people think about me so why should I be unhappy about my Asian man attraction. It’s a part of me like everything else in my life.

I am so with you on this Pro. I date only Asian men myself.

I would say what I like about them is they seem to be more faithful, gentle and value family (just like you wrote here) more. I have had better experience with Asian men than any other.

I have only dated two asian men but they both were wonderful. So, I think I have to agree with you.

I have dated 3 Asian men (two Korean and one Chinese). And a couple of white guys. I have to say that my best dating experiences were with two of the Asian guys.

I think I would have to agree with most of what proazn said. I haven't had much dating experience butso far, asian men seem to be the better of the two.

Guys always ask this question--how many Asian guys have you dated? What answer are you guys looking for? I mean, are you hoping to be the first, or are you happy to find out we have dated a few others and liked it? (Really, really liked it!)

I have a related question--Is it a turn-off or a turn-on to know that a woman prefers Asian men? I can see it both ways--maybe you think it's cool that we are attracted to your "Asianness," but then again maybe you might feel as if we are attracted to you only because you are Asian....

On the flip side, I like finding out a guy prefers white women.

you all know most asian guys are insecure. They ask that because they want to at least have the comfort of knowing it when some women were turned off by some of our asian ways. But hey at least we know that you eventually didnt dump us because of who we are. Words are nice, actions speak louder but silence will tear us apart.

It is a turn-on as whenever we see a good looking white guy who we think you gonna be attracted at, or hits on you, we know you will prefer us than him.
