It's wedding season, and many of my relatives are getting hitched soon, and I had to check on the registry information on their sites at knot.com.

I have a fairly common Chinese surname. And my relatives, well, they all have common western first names as well, so there was a decent amount of other guys with the same names.

Just based of what I saw on knot.com, (I had to sort through a handful of same-names to find my relatives) a fair amount of engaged/married couples popped up where it's AM-XF. I'd say it's around 50% Asian Male-White (Or Non-Asian) Female, and Asian Male/Asian Female on what I observed on the site. The majority of the AM-XF couples seemed like very successful and attractive couples (Some add a little info about themselves), and, all around the USA, not just NY or California.

I wouldn't say I was "surprised", since I have always had non-Asian girlfriends...But perhaps it was a nice reaffirmation...
