Rynn Lin Yu-Zhong surpassed Nicholas Teo by half a prize

Lin Yu-Zhong won over Nicholas Teo by half a prize and became the most rewarded
singer of the day.

In an effort to promote legal downloading, 《2007 DIDADEE Hits Awards Ceremony》has ended. Lin Yu-Zhong became the overall winner by gaining 3-and-a-half awards. Nicholas Teo also showed strength beyond barriers and received 3 awards without attending.

At the start, Lin was presented with one of the "Top Ten Songs" awards and "Annual Best-Loved Album". When he also won "Gold Hit Song" for "Spatial Swing", Lin could not stop himself from thanking the song's composer and producer, who was in fact, himself.

His only contender was none other than Nicholas Teo, who swept away "2007 Most Popular Chinese Singer Award", "My Most-Loved SMS Competition Character Grand Award" and one of "Top Ten Songs Awards". His achievements were second only to Lin. What was unexpected turned out to be Lin and Sheila Majid's duet, "Melodi" not appearing in the "My Most-Loved Duet" nomination list, yet Lin was given the award. Consequently, Lin preceded Nicholas Teo by half a whole win.
