Personal Vs Business Conduct
One of the articles I posted in regards to office romance has topic that is very interesting to me. Here's a question to you guys.

Should a person be judged based on his personal conduct(ie..office romance with an office mate) rather than on his or her business contribution? Please share your thoughts.

Depends on how the person conducts himself or herself in that office romance. You can have an office romance and still be professional.

On the other hand, you can have an office romance and get caught having nookie in the copier room....

Both because nothing is ever 100 perfect. That office romance might be someones extra marrital affair or might be pressured sexual harrassment. So you never know. Conduct isnt only what you do while crunching numbers its how you do it.
