I have a Navigon 2100 and it fell off the dash mount and cracked! I called the 1-800 number but they said that they don't have a repair center in the US. They weren't very helpful...

So, does anyone know how I can repair/replace the screen? Will it work if I remove it completely?

It still turns on and works just fine but since the touch screen is cracked it won't do anything! GAH!!!!!

No repair center in the US? Not even a place where you can send it in if there was, say, a malfunction?

I am not savvy enought to give you an idea how to replace or repair it. About to ask several friends who might know.

Nope, they have no place here yet. They're a German company I guess and a repair center is in the works. There is no where I can send it to. They said I should try to find someone who repairs GPS or Palms...

I talked to my father and he said the touch screen function is lost because the touch screen itself is likes its own circuit board. That would need to be replaced.
