So I recently bought SC IV and I'm definitely loving it. Has anyone else played it yet?

I'm hoping to get back up to par with my main characters: xianghua, maxi, seong-mina, and ivy. There so many new characters to master though.

How good are you at Soul Calibur games?

I haven't played it yet but not terribly interested in the title. Some of the additional characters I heard weren't designed by Namco. As for how good I am, very good. Won several regional tournaments in the game when I took gaming a bit too seriously. Which console version do you have?

i played Soul Calibur II and got pretty good. My main's were Mitsurugi, Talim, and Nightmare.

I have the PS3 version. Yeah the extra characters were designed by anime artists. At least that is what my friend told me. I have unlocked a few of them. Definitely anime material.

I played the game two weeks ago... definitely plays strangely. Players cannot throw guard impacts left and right similarly to older Soul Calibur games. Doesn't feel like Tekken nor does it feel like other SC titles.

Haven't played SC since SC II...

Ah..I always play Talim :P
