where is Blind Melon, verve pipe, garbage, goo goo dolls, depeche mode, erasure for godssake!, Pearl Jam, REM, Barenaked laides, collective soul..oh so many more that are so much better than what is on that list.

No, you mentioned groups on that list that didn't exist. My opinion was that the list is not completely comprehensive. That was not meant to be sarcastic. You mentioned the groups missing and I was merely responding that the list is not tell all of all the groups.

well, I'm sorry, but it's obvious that it's not an end all list..I was giving some names I felt were more deserving..otherwise what's the point of the discussion in the first place?
