Did anyone here see The Strangers? I really love horrer movies and was wondering if this movie is any good.

I haven't seen it yet and I realized yesterday, I probably shouldn't. I was in the shower and I swore I heard someone come inside from downstairs. I just ignored it, b/c it was unlikely, but then I thought of this movie and I was like "oh no! what if I'm being home-invaded by some freaks in masks!!" and I got really scared.

That doesn't help you at all actionzombie, but when I saw the title of the movie I got a little PTSD or something.

I'm contemplating on watching the film. There are so many movies I want to see, which can be a bit expensive at times.

Hmm, overall seems like another STV - straight to video. Although should be updated to STD - straight to dvd. Critics give it 4.2/10 whilst users give it 7/10. If anything, Liv Tyler is in it. Otherwise I'd skip it. lol.

The Strangers from the commercials looked like another "want to be scary" but isn't scary movie, like Azn_North said STD. Well if you see it and it is good let us all know.

Pro- I am hesistant about seeing Iron Man because I just can't imagine Rober Downening Jr as Iron Man. His image just doesn't seem to fit, though it must since I have heard the movie is doing well.

I thought Rober Dowening Jr. was perfect for Iron Man. That movie was so good that I had to go see it twice. It was the, IMO, the best super hero movie ever made!

I'm impressed by the stats. $288 million US market. Surprise sleeper hit of the summer. I will still wait for the dvd copy in china town. lol.
