Since I don't eat when I get up in the morning, ( I am NOT a morning person so can't eat for a few hours after I get up) I eat my most at lunch time.

Most of my meals are pretty generous but dinner for me is when I tend to eat a bit more.

The same for me, though I am trying to change that. Eat healthier portions. It is so hard. I love the taste of food. I love every bite, every chew. I love to savor and I love variety.

I would say breakfast whihc is like lunch anyway. I don't eat much at lunch. Too busy during noon hour but I tend to snack in the afternoon.
