so i ran across this recipe and made it today, and i gotta tell ya-its awsome! and ya know what eles? it's completly vegan!!!!!!!! yeap!!!!!!!



3-4 cups of cooked macaroni
4 tablespoons Vegenaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 chopped tomato
salt and pepper



and in addition to the recipe i put half a teaspoon of celery seeds. turned out great! try it

what's the point of macaroni salad without eggs?

I'd be more inclined to do something like this..

tri-color or whole wheat spiral pasta
olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper (make a quick dressing)
torn basil leaves
fresh or sundried tomatos
sweet peppers (yellow, green, red, or orange, or combo for color)
sweet onions
black olives
broccoli florets

that's for vegen

the for dairy eaters can add
mozzarella cubes
parmesean cheese
McCormick Salad Supreme

then the carnivores can add
pepperoni
