I hate the Panda brand of soy sauce. You can keep putting it on your food but the taste just goes away.

hmmm i don't really care... I just hate it when people go out of their way to proclaim something to be "authentic"..
Good food is good food.. Chinese cuisine has changed too much... mostly because of economics... What is normal Chinese food now was probably food only the rich and noble people had in the past... this is not just in America but all over the world as well.. I have talked to many old people and I have heard many times over that a person would be lucky to have a(one) meat dish a day.. now... you walk in to a Chinese restaurant and you'd expect almost every dish to be a meat dish... |

oh... so food from a whole (majority) class is kinda missing... that whole class was "regular Chinese food"
I mean in US you got cornbread (FREAKING DELICIOUS) and what about other peasant foods??? hmm... |
