I hate when I put too much milk in when making mac n cheese..ends up more like mac n soup. blech

I dislike it when I am already cooking MacN'Cheese and find out I either have no milk in the fridge or all I have vanilla soy milk, which makes it taste weird.

keep canned evaporated milk on hand for those occasions (ya I've done it lots) it also makes it taste richer.
