So whats up with Scientology?

Wondering if any members here are members of L. Ron Hubbard's cult or know of anyone being associates or members of the so called religion? Whats with the secrecy? The testing? The aggressive nature that they actively attempt to ruin the life of their naysayers?

There's a few videos online about it and most of it depicts Scientology as a farce and nothing but an elaborate pyramid scheme.
In fact I really can't find anything positive about it except on the Church of Scientology's own website.

In a nutshell? Tom Cruise. I think South Park did an excellent expose.
