that's not the 'best' prank ever, my highschool holds that title!!!!! when i was in junior year it was junior prank day and i worked at a petshop, i came up with the idea with some friends for the ENTIRE JUNIOR CLASS to buy 1 white mouse, bring it to school and release it...there was like a thousand white mice running through the school it was awsome-best prank ever, hands down, but that vid is cool tho lol

I've seen that a while back too. Doesn't seem that unusual for NYC.. considering it's a mecca for entertainment, artsies, and other creative metaphors. My first inkling would be to look around and see if any cameras were present as in a movie shoot, commercial, foto ad etc.
