How does it make you feel when you meet an Asian girl you would like to date and she says she only dates white guys? or that she doesn't date Asian guys at all.

I know you guys are on this site because you are open to dating non-Asian girls, but I know some of you also still date Asian girls too.

How does it make you feel if an Asian girl tells you she doesn't date Asian men? Does that do something to your ego or make you feel inadequate as an Asian male?

It certainly sucks as I've had the whole "Bottom of the food chain" thought process before but in the end it doesn't really bother me.

To each their own right? There's a reason for everything..one girl turns you down one week the next week you could meet the girl of your dreams and live happily ever after.

But seriously, quiet a few Asian men I have talked to said that it used to bother them and make them feel not "manly" enough for them. But they said they soon got over it when they realized they could also date other races of women. Then they realized a whole other world existed out there for them.

The first time that happened to me I was pretty shocked. Being rejected is one thing but being rejected based on race (by someone of the same race) was a bit of a double smack in the face. It used to make me wonder how such preferences come about but have learnt that people have preferences and just like what they like and really can't control who they like or dislike.

I've met one women who was down right hostile to me for no reason whatsoever. I found out after the fact that she wasn't into men of her own race. While I had no problem with her preferences, I had huge issues with her attitude towards myself (and Asian men in general). It seriously makes me wonder what underlying issues would cause such strong anti-social behavior. Thankfully I never saw her again and proceeded onto other women (Asian or not).

In the past I was very determined to only have an asian girlfriend. I was very upset when asian gals would only date non asian males. I felt like...what do other guys have to offer that I don't have. I noticed that non asian males were more outgoing, adventurous, more thug quality and non traditional. Only when I realized that I like XF's more now...I am not worried or bothered by many asian females going after other non asian guys. Now that the tables have turned it seems like asian females may want me even more...how strange is that...
