How do would you feel about a guy that you are dating, who is:

-Consistently overworking and doesn't spend much time with you
-Long distance away
-Many years younger than you
-And things will stay this way for a long while (I am talking about years).

Sounds boring to me... I'd most likely move on, unless he proves to be worth it.

Okay, once I was standing in a queue at the post shop and I noticed this girl in front of me and she was really cute/pretty.

Imagine you were that girl in the queue(remember you and I are complete strangers). How should I approach you and what should I say that would result in a possible friendship or exchange of details (without being creepy/stalkerish)?

It depends on the nature of the woman. If she is older than you, chances are she will be able to handle that. A mature person wouldn't feel that they had to be with you constantly in order to love you or feel you have a relationship. Especially if she knows that what you are doing is for the future. I knew a few long distance relationships that did work out.. as long as you meet up here and there that is and you end up together when the time is right.



I feel the best way to approach me would be to just start a casual conversation WITHOUT pick up lines etc. I really don't like that. I can't help it but the first thing that would pop up in my mind is that you are some kind of playa. Starting the conversation with something simple like "How are you today?" than "What's a girl like you doing here?" or "Haven't I seen you somewhere before?" would go along way with me.

lol, i think.. a subtle "hi" works just fine.. and pick out the obvious, say..something about her blouse.. shoes? hair tie?? and make a joke out of it, like you forgot to wears yours today, but you remembered to bring (say something smart but a stereotype).. like a pocket protector!! lol.. just so its a cute little flirt.. and she wouldnt be shy about giving you a try and exchanging numbers.

So if I am standing behind you in the queue, and you turn around and I ask "How are you today?", don't you think that is weird? I do. Lol. And "Haven't I seen you somewhere before" when you obviously haven't is hard to carry on...

A guy saying he forgot he wear his hair tie? Haha that is just weird. The subtle "Hi" is kind of cute but it's hard to carry on from there.

Hmm I'm still not too sure about how to do this

Just kind of casually start small talk. Be like wow it's busy here today isn't it or something. Dont let her think you are trying to hit on her.
