The fourth annual Vietnamese American Student Conference (VASCON) will bring together nearly 300 students from universities, colleges, and high schools to discuss the most pressing domestic and international issues facing the Vietnamese American community today. This year's theme is “Planting Seeds,” and attendees will be encouraged to develop personal growth and leadership skills.
