I know I just love that photo, it turned out well. I am now aware why they make catapillars look like they are smiling in cartoons. Because they actually look like that. This catapillar reminds me of a clown hehe.

PSCS, cropping, and sharpening would really make some of the fotos stand out in color and composition. They look straight out of camera. Just my 2 cents. But ignore me.. what the hell do I know.
![]() What type cam are you using BTW? . |

They are straight out of my camera. I don't like to alter my photo's unless absolutely necessary. But tell me what photo's would you crop?

I would make a tighter crop on the 2 catipillar pics. The macro or close up shots is supposed to enhance the subject so little less background and more more subject. I would blow up the pic a little in PSCS to get a larger subject view that way as well. Then adjust contrast, saturation, shadow/hilighting and finally smart sharpening to bring out the coloration and features. For landscapes that are flat like your pics I would follow the thirds rule. Where the distance from the edge of frame to end of land is 1/3rd and the sky makes up the other 2/3rds. Anything outside of that shud be cropped out. Of course like anything else, it's all personal taste and preference.. ![]() . |
