Let's put it this way....I lost about almost 20lbs and it was hard for me to lose weight...used to be 185lbs...now I am in the 162lb range. After drinking this tea which tastes like apple cider vinegar....in three days my colon flushed out the bad stuff that was in there. I was on major detox which means that I had to give up soda and alcohol...been soda and alcohol free...the best part of it all I am now a size 32 on the waist and I used to be size 36.
