hey, i was wondering if anyone has had a colon cleanse. maybe not so much the flushing your system with a tube, but actualy going through a program, and taking herbs and pills to flush your colon.

i'm simply amazed at the results i've seen from many people online and was wondering if anyone here has done one. i was talking to my mom about it today, it was something i was considering doing last year but it seemed expensive. now, they're selling these programs at natural grocery stores for under $20. i may start this sometime in the next couple weeks. i'm scared! they said it's common to poop worms. that freaks me out.

here is a very standard picture of gunk that came out of someone's colon. it seems like during a colon cleanse this is a typical result you could get several times a day, especially since it'll force you to poo more often. it's scary, but it seems so beneficial.

This is just a topic I've been forced to endure when it came time to cash out the staff. While it's great to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I'm not exactly sure I'm comfortable with extruding long slimy filaments such as the one in the pic you posted from my anal cavity.

Have you tried GT Dave's Raw and 100% Organic Kombucha tea? That one works for me and it's natural way to cleanse the colon with bacteria like the ones in yogurt. I seen those colon cleansers at health food stores. You can even try Psyllium husks are also good too...although they sometimes give off gas....

But if you do choose to go through with it. One of my staff mentioned that it's a good idea to stay well within running range of the lavatory. Preferable a large Ferguson with a big flush.

Probably a good idea to newspaper the floors and walls, but no mention was made of that.
