I didn't want to click on this, I really didn't but I couldn't help myself. The first post or the one with the pic made me cringe: co-sign Jackstar's reaction. Then read North's and thought eeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwww but finally MrSweden made me want to find this tea and find out if it will work. I just wonder if it causes cramping?

i couldn't find that tea MrSweden, which was wierd because it's made in Colorado right? and that's where i live and they had no clue what it was.

i went with my friend and we both purchased a "Whole Body Cleanse." we decided to jump right in and we took our first set of bedtime pills tonight.

i'm actually horrified of the process. it requires us to take about 13 pills a day. i have a gag reflex when it comes to pills. =(

so i took about 8 pills and i guess we'll see what happens. i want something that's going to make me poo alot! this has a mild laxative, which is good but bad at the same time.

don't worry, i won't post and pictures of my stool. hahaha

i'm on my third day and so far so good. i have to take my pills with a strawberry smoothie i make at home. it helps me not feel the pills going down. i take 4 fiber blends in the morning and 1 milk thistle, 3 laxatives, and 4 more fiber blends before going to bed. it really sucks but i feel like i have more energy and i feel much lighter than before.

my friend is already seeing wierd stuff but not me.
i'm quite excited for week 2. thats when it should REALLY kick in.

i also picked up rebounding this week, which is trampoline exercises, as well as working out on a HUGE fitness ball.

did you know that you can burn 15 calories a minute jumping on a trampoline? it's so much fun. i just jump while watching tv.
