Wow these are crazy!

1. I saw a documentary on this before. It may be pleasurable but I'm sure its hard to live with. So far I've only heard of females having this syndrome. Imagine males, ejaculating 200 times a day, man that would be messy. You would need a lot of clean undies.

2. This isn't actually as good as it sounds. This guy NEEDS to eat more due to the illness, otherwise he'll be burning his muscle mass. Plus increased insulin would have other undesirable side-effects too. (can't remember them)
