Talking WOW, the weightloss!!

I started a diet of mainly yogurt, with soup and veggies on the 27th of June. I lost 18lbs 2 weeks ago, I always checked on Sunday. But could not check in 2 weeks. I use the digital scale at my sisters work at the vet, accurate. I was hoping to be have lost a few more but now since I started

I have lost 31 lbs!!


That is 14lbs is 2 weeks!! Plus I barely exercise!! LOL!! Light exercise at night. Wow, I will finally get down to a healthy weight!! SO HAPPY!! Sad that I wont have this computer by Tuesday...but will find a way on here once or twice a week!!

Congrats. It's all about lowering your energy intake, but finding ways to make yourself full.

I've also been mainly having soup & veggies, some meat. I also started exercising quite a bit. I've lost 9 lbs so far, but my aim is to lose 13-15 lbs overall. So more than halfway there already...yay.

Thanks, I am noticing the difference but I have a good few more to loose. I am not tiny girl LOL!! I gots the curves, and I will miss them but being a healthy weight is more better!!

I have magically transferred all the weight around my midsection to my upper body by doing a ton of bench presses and shoulder exercises.

I'm so fat after pregnancy now! My daughter is nearly 4 months old and I look 4 months pregnant. Oh well... This evening I'll start a gymnastic course at the hospital where my daughter was born. I hope that helps a little bit.
I don't want to make a real diet now because I'm still fully breast feeding my daughter...

i didnt excersise after having my babies, it goes away by itself you dont have to do much. i wouldnt worry about it, the thing that i want rid of so badly after babies is the extra tummy skin, its really not attractive and i always have to wear a 1 peice bathing suit.

congrats i am trying to lose some myself, mostly from sitting around alot painting, i paint and eat crackers and it all goes right to my hips

That will happen,just go back to eating smaller portions, as I am sure you get used to eating for 2. It will come off slowly but try and get some activity in, take a brisk walk or small job around the park...do some crunches You can do it.
